Exceptional staff, delicious food.

we were really happy with our stay here. got a really comfy deluxe double room and it was nice and clean. we managed to book at the last minute which was awesome! the bar had some cool beers available and breakfast was amazin with lots of choices. the staff were super friendly too.

but the reception was a bit unhelpful when we had questions, and we found the hotel layout confusing to navigate.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety that made dining with our three little ones easy and enjoyable. The staff even packed us a to-go bag on a tight morning, making our hectic start so much smoother.

In my wife’s opinion, better lighting in family rooms would enhance nighttime activities.

The rooms are showing their age, stained carpets and dated decor give off a pretty tired vibe. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, making it uncomfortable at times. Noise from the adjacent road and other guests filtered through poorly insulated walls, which wasn’t exactly conducive to a peaceful night. it was a pain when room service and the restaurant shuttered for a tourist group, leaving paying guests scrambling to find local dining options without warning.

Being so close to the Mill Garden and just a short distance from Hill Close Gardens made my weekend explorations delightful, allowing me to soak in the beauty of Warwick effortlessly as a solo traveler.

I stayed for a weekend and really enjoyed the quick walk to Hill Close Gardens, a beautiful spot for a leisurely stroll, and the easy access to the Collegiate Church of St Mary's, which was breathtaking. both sites made for memorable moments during my city explorations. As a single traveler, I appreciated the clean and well-equipped room I was given, which added comfort to my stay.

Great for family gatherings

The service was top-notch when we had a hiccup with the room situation. Reception sorted it out quickly and gave us complimentary drink vouchers too, can't get better than that!

It wasn’t dirt cheap, but for the quality, I’d say it was acceptable.

Enjoyed the great gym and the surprising waffle maker for breakfast. The room was comfy and perfect for a restful night.
